Excellent product
I'm very happy with this product. No more issues with positioning my smart card just exactly right to hopefully, maybe, get it to read. This thing works, it works well, and it works the first time. Even beyond the product itself, the software support was also very easy to navigate. I couldn't use the disc that was supplied with the reader to install the necessary driver, and instead needed to download it. The company website made this a breeze by showing pictures of their different devices that served as links to the necessary driver. No long list of exe files to sift through, just well organized and to the point. High marks for this reader, certainly worth my money.

CAC card reader works great on Windows 10
This was a plug and play on my windows 10 desktop. Never had to do anything else and my DOD CAC card worked perfectly allowing me access to the sites I needed. Tried it on my old MacBook Air and it would not read the certs. So if you’re using in a Mac you may have to do some other things to get it to work. Great value for the price too!
