I am delighted with this set. Although we only cook for two, I was concerned that the small 2.5 litre skillet pan would be too small, but it is great for braising and we have made great stroganoff and short ribs. It is also handy for steamed potatoes and is my go-to pan. Also, the pan walls are slightly thicker than some other premium manufacturers and so far we have avoided food burning to the side walls with cleaning being a breeze. However, the walls are by no means thick, and I am sure that careless use will result in food burning to the side.The colour coded pressure guide works well and I like the way that there is only one green band, which indicates that the pan is at the correct pressure, regardless whether it is set to low or high pressure.The handles are practical, rather than stylish. The pans are easy to lock, easy to move on the stove and very easy to pour out stock and soups.I am pleased that I chose Fissler.My only criticism is that the price on Amazon does fluctuate. A few days after I bought it was £5 cheaper, but a week later it was £30 dearer.

So easy to use for whole meals or vegetables, lovely piece of kit!

After one year of used, I think it is about time to write review of this pressure cooker. The quality and style of this cooker is really good and it cut the cooking time more than half. I have to admit that the food came out is not 100% perfect but it save time. After nearly one year of used I find out that the plastic cooking valve (so call the traffic light) fail to erect . I would give it five star if not having this issued !
