I usually do not write reviews but this supplement is amazing. It took a number of months but I have definitely noticed less hair loss and regrowing of hair where there was thinning. The rest of my hair is thicker and stronger. I will be continuing to use this for a very long time.

I can't see a difference yet

I've tried every hair supplement out there. This one does seem to have legs. Give it three good months and you should see results. I will also add that I only take twice a day rather than 3 times a day as you are supposed to. If I took it three times as indicated it would probably work even better. Definitely less shedding and some new growth. The caplets aren't small but they're not offensively big either. I would recommend trying this.

I have been taking these for a couple months now and feel like my hair is responding. I am only taking 2/day to help save some bucks, but it's working for me.
