My daughter has been diagnosed with ARFID for over 4 years. This is the only accepted and recommended vitamin to ensure she gets everything she needs in regards to vitamins and minerals. My daughter will only take them in water, they are quite hard to mix and mainly stay on the surface. Being red they are quite distinguishable and don’t fully dissolve, my daughter does say they are quite grainy in water. I have not used them in food so can’t comment on how well they mix/taste. They have helped to maintain her levels even with a very restricted diet. Compared to gummies they are expensive but they aren’t full of sugar and are fully accepted and recommended by hospital teams so can’t complain

My son is autistic and he doesn’t eat many food groups. It got to the point where I started to look into supplements and we tried everything on the market from drops to gummy’s but he either didn’t like the taste or the texture of the sweets. I decided to try these and it’s the best thing I did. My son has a bit more colour in his cheeks now and has a lot more good energy. I feel I can stress less now I know he’s getting some goodness in him. I mixed with fresh non concentrate apple juice water and black current juice every morning. He hasn’t noticed he’s having vitamins. Highly recommend

Very good for kids who are fussy eaters. Got for my picky ND daughter who finds eating certain textures hard. Can be mixed with cereal or yogurt/similar, no taste, colour, smell, texture just a white power quite undetectable.

Great vitamins for an Autistic child with ARFID, it goes undetected and accepted on toast with favourite spreads. I am a regular customer BUT the price has now suddenly jumped up from £12 to £16 which is very disappointing!!!

Fantastic my daughter has autism and is very particular about her food. She notices if something smells or tastes different and refuses it. I put this in her yoghurt, she doesn't know and eats it just as fast. So I would recommend if you are struggling with getting vitamins into your child's diet.

So my son is autistic and only eats certain foods (dry ) apart from chocolate spread on his toast in the morning and only drinks water. Alot of people have left reviews about the sprinkles ( power ) not dissolving in liquid, this is true as I tried with water but it does clearly state on the box mix with SEMI SOLID food so things like yougart , butter , spreads , sauce ect . My son has this on his toast every morning with his chocolate spread and it mixes in very well , he does not notice the difference at all and is a fantastic way of giving him his vitamins with no fuss or interference with his food colour/ Texture and it clearly has no taste . Highly recommended product and will keep buying.

Tasteless but leaves visual pieces there, so no good for hiding in drinks 🙈 my daughter, frustratingly, won’t even try it..

My son has some sensory issues and struggles with new foods and textures. He doesn’t eat sweets, so the usual gummy vitamins haven’t worked. He hasn’t noticed this at all in his sandwiches. I’ve just spread it with the butter and he’s eaten the whole thing. Only been using for a week though so couldn’t tell you if I've seen any benefits. But it’s nice knowing he’s consuming a few more vits and mins.
