what country is this product made?

I couldn't find any info for who made the product. The address for the company that sells this particular product (MediTac) is in Sri Lanka. The company that deals with Amazon for MediTac is BP Medical Supplies and doesn't provide their location but has a US 800 number. The Yelp reviews were abysmal for communication and delivery for BP Medical Supplies. Sorry, that's the best I could come up with.

Will this stick to the heal of my shoe and stay there?

I have a narrow foot and I use it to make a medium width fit my foot. It will stick to the shoes, but not forever.

Could I use this to build up the arch support in shoes?

Try Spenco total support arch supports, I've used the for years in all my shoes and I love them.
