If you want a great way to blast your forearms, and I don't mean going on a date with your hand, then this tool is excellent. The rope is sturdy, the grips feel soft and smooth in my hands and the pump is unreal!! Seriously consider this tool if you wanna get big forearms.

It’s simple and effective, hook up some weight for resistance and “crank” that weight by twisting those forearms!!! My ability to create tension with my forearms and twist things to completion is already improving and I’ve only just begun my forearm enhancing journey!! Yeah, you will look better with rolled up sleeves too but the benefits are subtle, and it’s when no one is looking (or maybe they are) that you really reap the rewards!!

I've been using this on forearm day for a few weeks (yes, I have a dedicated day for forearms) and I thought I was doing good until I tried this exercise. It really burns. I haven't gone above a 5 lb dumbbell at 6 reps but within the first three it's killing me. I was aware of this exercise but didn't try it until I saw this. The materials are really good. The nylon material used seems to be the same type for heavy duty tie downs. I've been using a dumbbell with it which sometimes moves around but it's probably better suited for a kettlebell or weight plate. The grip is comfortable. It comes with an instruction manual with some exercises (the one I've been using is called "simple" in the manual.) What to get out of this: it's a great device for an often neglected exercise that, at least for me, was humbling as far as forearm strength.

Using for rudimentary rehab after decades of using typing to build arm strength. So a 20 pounds kettle I can only do palms up (biceps), not down. It can fold over itself. But that's a part of the discipline using it - stay in control and keep the strap wrapping up neatly.

Great piece for working out

However, the clip is too small for my standard-sized kettlebells and plates. Had to buy a carabiner in order to use it.
