Ordered 24 of them, they look nice but the first 4 out of the box were defective. 2 of them leaked and the other 2 continuously pump soap out until it was empty and the batteries died. Boxed up all and sent back. Opening the dispenser is a bad design as well, its not really a key as it is a mini pry bar to pop it open.

Bought 6 for a commercial bath reno, 1 failed before we 'opened for business'. Bought another to replace. We've been using these for less than a month and 3 out of 6 are not dispensing. Not a reliable product.

Unit is nice, but we have to use a funnel to fill it because the motor is over the tip. In the manual indicates is possible to regulate the quantity dispensed but no switch is in the unit, and trust me is a lot per serve, so customers use to remove the had before it finish making a mess. We bought this one to try several others but instead will look other options.Not Recommended.

These do not have the switch to reduce the amount of foam dispensed that it claims it has in the manual. It puts out way too much and creates a mess on the floor.

I ordered 6 of these a year ago. Two quit working in the first month of use and the rest have quit working throughout the year.

I bought 4 of these and every single one stopped working within 2 months. Avoid these soap dispensers. A terrible waste of money.

Pretty difficult to refill (have to disconnect sensor and fill hose to remove container. But the most annoying thing is the amount dispensed. Provides enough soap for five hand washes and there is no way to alter the amount dispensed. Manual shows its possible until further reading realizing the manual is for a completely different unit than this one. Only adjustment is on the circuit board in the back you need to pull out and remove and it shows a blue dial (which I hoped was the dial for soap) turns out its the hand distance for the sensor.
