I've been using Gain Fabric Softener for a while now, and I have to say it's become a staple in my laundry routine. One of the first things that drew me in was the scent—it's incredibly fresh, clean, and long-lasting without being overpowering. Even days after washing, clothes still carry that signature Gain fragrance, which honestly makes folding laundry a little more enjoyable. Beyond the smell, the softener really delivers in terms of performance. Clothes come out feeling noticeably softer, with less static cling and fewer wrinkles, which is especially helpful for items I air-dry. It works great on a variety of fabrics, from towels and sheets to more delicate garments. I also appreciate that it doesn’t leave any residue in my machine or on my clothes. The formula seems gentle, yet effective, and I’ve never had any skin irritation or buildup issues. Good product but smells too much and cost too much

Detergent works. Box sucks. The plastic pull tab to open it usually breaks, so you have to use a box cutter. The box is full to the rim with product, so powder always spills. Gain could take a lesson from OxiClean, which ships with a bag in a box.

I have used this for ages! I have tried many other brands for price, sale, recommendations, etc, but I always come back to this!! Nothing gets stains out like this, no need for soaking, if the stain is set or old I do treat it, but if not in the washer it goes. My dog - 4 legged family boy is getting older, we have washable pee pads; he uses them some nights and I couldn’t get the same results from flings - even the Gain ones ….. the Powder is the Only one! It gets the smell and stains other of pet urine - dog to be specific. The smell is fresh, clean and whites are brighter and colors don’t fade. My girls use Tide pods and swear by them, I have tried them, to me NO comparison at all. Powder seems to last longer, use less and work better!!!! Highly recommend
