A great product
Great product, Cleans my home really well. Now I dont need to worry if I'm travelling or at office all day. I can just schedule my robot to clean and come back to a clean and fresh house. Will need some supervision if using in areas where there are floor mats but other than that a great product. The app is also user friendly and I can select zone wise or rome wise cleaning, also set different modes for each room. Identifies and avoids obstacles well.

Super performance, smooth operation, and excellent value for money
I recently purchased the Dreme Robo, and I am extremely impressed with its performance. This device is designed with excellent build quality, smooth operation, and smart features that make daily tasks much easier. The setup process was very simple, and the robot worked flawlessly right from the start. Special thanks to Bhopal Reddy , who clearly explained all the features and helped me understand the complete functionality. His guidance made the entire experience even better. What I liked the most is the accuracy, fast response, and reliable functioning of the product. The sensors are well-calibrated, and the overall system feels premium. It saves a lot of time, works efficiently, and delivers consistent results without any issues. The battery backup is solid, the design is sleek, and the overall performance is outstanding. For anyone looking for a high-quality and durable product, Dreme Robo is absolutely worth it. Iโm fully satisfied and definitely recommend it to others.

Great for the price
Have had the l10s ultra for a little more than a week, got it for 35000 with an sbi discount and here's my review so far: 1. It cleans well, but can't get the really dried on dirt or muck when in the default mode. (It would probably get them when in a more intensive mode, but I want to set it and forget it rather than baby it). 2. The app allows you to really fine tune it to your needs, the initial setup will take a bit of time because of the number of settings but I'm happy with the app. 3. Since I mop everyday I need to cycle the water every 2 days, doing this is very simple. 4. It's object detection is pretty good, only got caught in a power plug once, but i suggest you pick up anything that will hi der it's cleaning before starting the cleaning. 5. Battery is good, the cleaning area reported by the bot is 44m2 and it always has more than enough battery by the end of the clean. 6. Maintaining it is simple, the mop pads, cleaning brush , roller brush and dust filter are removable and can be cleaned. Tldr: it's great for the price and I now have a clean home. 4.5/5 Edit: It's been a month now and it's still going strong. No change in the rating yet. Would have liked an edge cleaning mode that doesn't require a global preset, but it's not a deal breaker. Edit 2: It's been 3.5 months now, and its still chugging on. The detergent got over around the 2.5 month mark, since then i've been using a neutral ph liquid cleaner in the clean water supply itself, it hasn't clogged yet so I will continue woth my solution rather than buying the brand detergent. The app has told me to replace the side brush and mop pads a while ago, but theyre both still in working condition so i just left the originals on and said i replaced them on the app. The object detection is still good but every now and then it can get semi stuck and tries to force its way out of tight situations, it also sucks at detecting loose laces or wire on the floor, so you have to remove them before cleaning or it will entangle the main brush. The wifi antenna on the bot isnt great so it must be docked in a place with great connectivity or the scheduled tasks wont work. I hope it keeps working well for years!

Two breakdowns in two months . Dont buy this product and feel later
I rarely write reviews, but this experience pushed me to. I bought the Dreame L10s Ultra in May with so much excitement. I had researched for weeks, compared different brands, and even asked specifically about after-sales service before deciding. Everyone said it would be smooth, reliable, and premium. I believed them. I genuinely felt I was investing in a product that would make life easier. But reality has been the complete opposite. Within the first month, the machine developed an issue and had to be sent for repair. I thought, โFine, maybe itโs just bad luck. At least they will fix it.โ They repaired it, and I tried to move on. But within the very next month, a new issue started. The same cycle repeated โ frustration, phone calls, waiting. And this time, the experience has been even worse. The product has been sitting in the service centre and there is complete silence from their side. No updates. No timeline. No sense of responsibility. I call the service centre โ nobody answers. I call customer care โ they speak very politely, very sweetly, but nothing changes. Every call feels like a loop, repeating the same scripted lines, with absolutely no action behind them. What hurts most is the feeling of being cheated. I trusted the brand. I trusted the promises. I even did my homework before buying, asking about after-sales service because thatโs what matters most for expensive electronics. And still, here I am โ money gone, peace of mind gone, product gone. We buy these devices hoping theyโll make life easier, save time, reduce effort. But this one has only given me stress, disappointment, and regret. It genuinely feels like I threw my money down the drain. Please think twice before buying this product. The design may be premium, the features may sound good on paper, but whatโs the use if the machine keeps breaking and the service is practically non-existent? If even one person reads this and avoids going through what Iโm going through, this review will be worth it. I am adding this update because the situation has only become worse. After I posted this review on Amazon, I suddenly received a call from senior customer care / MD office, promising that I would get a clear update within 2 days and that prompt action would be taken. That call happened ONLY because of this Amazon review. It has now been more than 3 days since that assurance. ๐ No update ๐ No action ๐ No call back ๐ No email reply Once again, total silence. This clearly shows that the company reacts only when a negative review is posted, and even then, their promises mean nothing. What is most frustrating is this: They keep refusing a replacement, insisting only on repair โ but it is painfully obvious that they donโt even know how to properly repair this machine. The product keeps failing, and now it is stuck in the service centre with no solution, no timeline, and no accountability. Emails are not answered. Phones are not picked up. Service centres are unreachable. Who exactly is responsible here? This has gone beyond inconvenience. This is harassment of a paying customer. I have lost complete trust in this brand. At this point, I am left with no option but to approach the Consumer Court. I am documenting everything โ calls, emails, delays, false assurances โ because this is unacceptable for a product in this price range. If you are reading this review, please understand: This is not an isolated issue. This is what happens after they have your money. Buy at your own risk SECOND UPDATE โ Situation Has Become Worse I honestly do not know what to say anymore. I have now received the product back after the second service โ and instead of being fixed, it has come back with a completely new problem. Now the dust bag is getting wet, and the filter is also getting wet because the machine is using excessive water. Due to this, all the dust turns into sludge and gets stuck to the floor instead of being cleaned. The machine is not cleaning at all. It is making the situation worse than before. How does a product come back from service with a new defect? After two service visits, weeks of waiting, endless calls, emails, assurances, and complete mental stress โ this is what I get. This is no longer about inconvenience. This is about: Loss of money Loss of time Continuous stress Complete lack of reliability I trusted this brand. I paid a premium price expecting premium support. Instead, I have received repeated breakdowns and zero accountability. At this point, I feel completely helpless. I have done everything a customer reasonably can โ follow-ups, patience, cooperation โ and yet the product continues to fail. To anyone reading this: Please think very carefully before buying. The features may look impressive, but reliability and service are what truly matter. And in my experience, both have been extremely disappointing. I would not want anyone else to go through what I have gone through.

Review From an Indian User's Perspective
We purchased the Robo L10s Ultra a week ago. Before buying, had several doubts, especially since the company and product are new to India. In fact, had never heard of this company. However, upon researching online, I found that the company was founded in China in 2017 and is part of the Xiaomi Ecological Chain. This information instilled some confidence to further investigate the product's worth. Conducted my own research, compared it with similar products on the market, and established that we needed a device that excelled in mopping. Vacuuming has been well-handled by the first generation of robots, and all current brands have decent functioning bots for vacuum sweeping. However, mopping, especially in Indian conditions, is a crucial function. A bot that doesn't mop well has a limited functional role, and mopping is a significantly more complex problem than vacuuming. Through my research, I found that bots with emptying stations that can clean the mopping pads and have rotating mopping disks are clear differentiators. Only a few companies offer this product, and they are generally 3 to 4 times more expensive than other bots. This is why we ultimately chose Dreametech. I even spoke to the customer support on the number displayed on Amazon product page. The customer support and sales responded to all my queries and also did follow-up calls with the information which they did not have. Yes, the product and team being new, they also have to guess go back and do some work to answer ๐ Post purchase of the product the installation and demo / training was done by the local support team. We are in Hyderabad and Dreame has local support person available here. When I raised the installation request, the local support contacted me back within few hours and the installation was done in our in the same day! This was actually a surprise because I was thinking that the company being new will not be able to be so swift. With usage of the product of one week, would like to list out what is good and bad. Pros Automatic emptying system: Super handy. No need to mess around. The mopping disks get cleaned in every 200 to 300 sq feet automatically by sending the robo to the station High suction power: With 5300Pa, it doesn't miss a thing, from dirt and small objects to random bits and pieces. Smart navigation: The AI 3D tech in this robot is cool - avoids furniture and bumps like a pro. Good battery life: The battery lasts a good while and it cleans up really well. Perfect for those with big homes. Easy to use: The Dreamehome app is well-made with relevant notifications, key settings, and overrides including zone wise preferences and no-go zones, etc. It takes a while to get used to the app but once you understand, it's very usable and functional There are a few downsides to mention: - When it comes to multi-floor mopping, you'll need to turn off the self-cleaning feature for the mopping pads. That's because you can carry the bot to another floor, but the emptying station stays put. This is definitely something that needs a solution. - The bot doesn't seem to pick up on smaller items like wires. It steps on them and then gets stuck. I'm hopeful that the algorithm will improve over time and this issue will be sorted out. - We've noticed that sometimes the pads leave a white streak in certain areas. - Lastly, the bot makes a pretty loud noise while cleaning the mopping pads, which can be a bit annoying.

OK for daily cleaning; not really hands-off
I purchased the product about 5 months ago and here are my honest take on this. Pros: 1. Does the Vacuuming really well. 2. Mopping is just OK for Daily mopping. You will still need to manually mop the floors once a week. 3. Overall Good for Daily cleaning. If you have time, use Vacuum-Only first and when done, use Mop-Only. The cleaning performance is way better in this mode than simultaneously performing vacuuming and mopping. Cons: 1. Battery capacity is small for a Big House i.e. approx 800 sq.ft of carpet area. 2. Charging takes way too long for this capacity of battery. They must have added a fast charge option. 3. Floor cleaner liquid is expensive to buy. 4. Accessories need to be replaced every 3 months. 5. Mop pad washing is just OK. There will still be lot of dust accumulated in the Mop pad. You got to remove it hand wash it once a week. 6. Most features aren't available if there is an internet disruption. 7. They have blocked certain Software features in this model, but available in higher models like Mop-After-Vac which first vacuums the entire floor and only then mops it. This is way better than simultaneously vacuuming and mopping. You got to manually set the mode to Vacuum-Only and when done, set the mode to Mop-Only. This just wastes time. It is disappointing when you pay 45K and still do not get basic features. 8. You cannot select the same room twice when doing custom cleaning. As above, I cannot set a room to do Vacuum-Only and then Mop-Only. 9. Get a Black colored product if and when available. The Base station gets really dirty very quickly and it is a task to keep it clean. 10. Not really hand-off. Needs maintenance every week. I have purchased Ecovacs Deebot N30 Pro Omni and will update this review later comparing the two products.
