great movie, great acting- funny, light hearted and heart warming

This is a very enjoyable "Rom-Com" type movie that offers just enough unexpected twists and surprises, that it keeps it from being too formulaic or predictable. And of course...Sydney Sweeney...the gorgeous Sydney Sweeney. Despite her gorgeous figure, I kept finding myself just looking at her face. She is one of those unique women who has each individual feature of her face being "perfect." Her eyes are perfect; her nose is perfect; her lips/mouth are perfect; the shape of her face is perfect, and it all comes together to be just a stunningly beautiful young woman. Often times, one or more features are "unique" and come together to still form a "uniquely, unusually" beautiful woman and face. But if you went to a book of facial features and picked out the perfect eyes, nose, and lips, you'd likely select and create what is manifested in Sydney Sweeney. The location of the movie is great, the pace, antics, romance, and other aspects of the movie all come together to offer a nice, mindless escape to watch two people fall in love with the usual attractions, frustrations, angst, and successful outcome where love trumps everything and all things. You won't be sorry to have watched and enjoyed this movie.

I watched this movie with my girls and we loved it it’s so fun

Anyone But You is a fun watch for fans of classic rom-coms, even if it doesn't stray far from the expected path. The undeniable chemistry between Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell keeps the movie afloat, even during the cheesiest moments (and there are plenty!). Predictable Plot, But Enjoyable Ride The story unfolds exactly as you might expect – a meet-cute, a misunderstanding, and a fake relationship trope thrown in for good measure. While it won't surprise seasoned rom-com viewers, the predictability becomes a comfort, allowing you to simply relax and enjoy the ride. Swoon-Worthy Leads and Lighthearted Humor The film's true strength lies in its leads. Sweeney and Powell are captivating, their banter sparking and their connection sizzling. The humor, though often cheesy, lands more often than not. While the nudity might raise eyebrows for some, it's not gratuitous and feels more lighthearted than exploitative. A Perfect Rom-Com Escape Anyone But You isn't aiming for groundbreaking storytelling, but it delivers exactly what it promises – a charming and predictable escape. This was such a cute feel good movie. The chemistry between the leads made it fun to watch and it had plenty of laugh out loud moments. It’s lighthearted easy to follow and just a perfect pick when you want something fun without being too serious. I’d definitely watch it again.

When I first opened this and saw this disc, I thought I got scammed because the image on the disc looked like it was printed at home in the 90s. On the back of the case printed across the picture it says the disc is made in Mexico. The glue from the plastic wrapper did not come off the spine either. I haven’t watched the dvd through, but it seemed to work fine for the scenes I tested. I’ve seen this movie a couple times on Netflix and it is hilarious. One of my favorite RomComs.
