Iโve been using Dr. Bergโs Vitamin B1 before bed, and it has honestly made a noticeable difference for me. It helps calm my mind at night, reduces anxiety, and Iโve been sleeping much deeper and waking up feeling more rested. My husband also started taking it, and surprisingly it helped reduce his acid reflux and nighttime heartburn. We also noticed improvement in his sleep quality and less snoring/nighttime breathing interruptions. Very happy with this product and the quality feels excellent. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

This is the best B vitamin supplement I've ever taken. The capsules are smooth and easy to swallow. They leave no aftertaste. Zero aftertaste or any other side effect. While I'm taking these with my Dr. Berg multi-vitamins, I like having extra Bs on hand for stressful times. Excellent product and a good value.
