Hello, I normally get a quick boost after eating these and it will typica Last for the day depending on the time I ate it. I sometimes eat it at night to boost my morning pump output. The things with these for me is that they taste so good I tend to just eat them randomly without thinking about my supply but thankfully it does boost my supply!!!
