Call of Duty Modern Warfare III PlayStation 5

I recently had the opportunity to play Modern Warfare 3, and I must say that it was an exhilarating experience. Price was great. Game arrived as promised.

The game does not work! Apparently there is a known issue which they arent going to fix, which foes not allow you to press "X" to play. Even after following all the "wor arounds" according to "Google." The garbage still doesnt work. Because of that I will be sending the game and the Ps5 back! Shouldnt have to do a "work around," on a $650 machine.

Update!! Activision fixed their error they created. Thank you. 9.17.25 Activision update disabled my ps5 ability to play disc purchased new. Many attempts to follow instructions of workaround w no remedy. COD ads are constant encouraging more purchases...it's a money pit waiting to happen. No solution to faulty disc install after their careless update.

Bought this for use in the UK and it’s Austrian region so doesn’t work. Went round and round with Activision but it’s more hassle than it’s worth. Perhaps more the fault of Activision’s crazy system than the seller but, nonetheless, this product simply doesn’t work in the UK.

Disc forces you to install the 80GB Call of Duty Launcher from Activision on your device and every time you want to play you have to wait 5mins for the launcher to open and then you have to find your game in a hidden submenu to launch it. The Call of Duty Launcher shows different games and DLC on the main screen. Its such a pain to get into this game that I stopped playing it after a week.
