Why the strilizer not work?

Make sure the warming plate is de-scaled. When there is mineral buildup on the metal plate, it causes the water to “over boil” which then runs out of the device and onto the dryer fan. If this happens too many times, it ruins the fan. I clean the metal plate each time after use. Just put a splash of vinegar onto the metal plate, make sure you coat the surface, wait a few seconds and wipe clean with a paper towel. Works like a charm and have never had any issues with mine. Proper maintenance is necessary for this product to work properly.
