With reading their are some fake S24 ultras about online, I was hesitant to buy at first as the deal seemed too good to be true, but upon receipt I can say it is the genuine article and I love it, everything works, and there is a test mode to check it all through, with the S25 release this was a no-brainer purchase, set up is simple, cannot fault a 5000mah battery though you need to make adjustments to improve battery life, very sturdy phone

Does everything that I need.

I received the phone quickly, although the packaging was slightly damaged, it did not affect the quality of the phone, it had no damage, and it works without a problem. This phone has incredible potential and is easy to use, the operation is intuitive. It is worth recommending. Personally, I am very satisfied.

I am not phone expert and some of the reviews initially put me off buying this phone as they said it is not a version normally supplied in the UK. I have not had it long but all I can say is that so far I am very, very happy with it. I am glad I took the plunge and bought it. From this source the phone was excellent VFM. Other family members who are more tech minded than me have inspected it and they were impressed, they found for me my IMEI number as well.

The phone arrived on time, it looks great, it feels great but it is not UK version and the IMIE number does not exist when you run it through IMIE authenticator. I had it on charge for over two hours and it only charged like 4%. It was also getting hot whilst holding it during data transfere. I am extremely disappointed as I bought it as a gift for my Mrs. I have requested a return and had it approved. Awaiting for my money back. Update, Amazon gave me full refund after I returned the phone. Amazon always has your back. Thank you Amazon for helping me get my money back🤗

The phone itself is fine, not much has changed since the S22 but I knew that was likely to be the case but I needed a new phone and it was cheap (too cheap as I have now come to learn) Firstly this product doesn't list the country (simply that it's unlocked). In my case the phone arrived on time, was sealed, appears to be new, and is a International Dual Sim Variant so on paper exactly as advertised. It's not however a UK Variant which you would expect buying from a UK Seller in the UK. Upon firing up the device the default language is/was American Spanish ( First 🚩 ) and upon checking the Serial Number is seems to be from Panama. This will of course vary depending on your seller however It's highly likely that if the seller is a Marketplace / 3rd Party Seller (as in my case) and not sold direct from Amazon that it's at best case a Grey Import and worse case fell off the back of a lorry (so to speak) or was brought from Samsung for cheap on a Trade In Deal and when they don't hand in a handset could be locked out in weeks or months and you're left with a paperweight. Technically it doesn't stop it from working and after a change to English it's for all intents and purposes a working phone (as advertised) however if the phone develops a fault Samsung will only usually honour the warranty in the country of Origin so if it develops a fault you may have some fun and games. Buyer Beware.

If you're sceptical of this being a genuine product like I was... this is 100% legit! It's a fantastic premium phone, the best device on the market in my opinion. Super responsive, amazing AI features, cutting edge display, I could go on. And at such a fantastic price this is an incredible deal, a must buy for anyone wanting to get their hands on an extremely impressive phone.

Nachtrag: Nach nun ca. 2 Jahren im Dauerbetrieb ist die anfängliche Rezension weiterhin aktuell, mit dem Gerät selbst sehr zufrieden. Paar Dinge stören im Alltag: 1. es wird schnell sehr heiß beim längeren fotografieren, oder Dauerbetrieb, dabei kann man es kaum noch in Händen halten. 2. der Akku hält nicht besonders lange, vor allem bei etwas intensiveren Nutzung. 3. die Software des Herstellers ist ziemlich aufdringlich, insbesondere nach letzten Update - alles voll mit KI, muss man mögen. Zusammengefasst ist das Gerät an sich, mit dem einzigartigen Formfaktor, den tollen Kameras, Stift, tollen Display, weiterhin super! Die Sache mit der Software des Herstellers und der kommenden Android-Google Sperre macht es leider kaum noch empfehlenswert. Original: Nach einigen Tagen im Alltag mit dem Samsung S24 Ultra bin ich bisher sehr zufrieden. Die Größe des Smartphones mag zunächst etwas überwältigend wirken, doch das riesige, brillante und flache Display macht dies mehr als wett. Insbesondere wenn man große Display bevorzugt. Filme und Videos sehen darauf einfach fantastisch aus! Die hochwertigen Stereolautsprecher liefern zudem einen satten, klaren Sound, was das Multimedia-Erlebnis abrundet. Die Haptik des S24 Ultra ist hervorragend – es liegt trotz seiner Größe gut in der Hand und fühlt sich dank der erstklassigen Materialien sehr hochwertig an. Die Kameras sind ein weiteres Highlight, mit gestochen scharfen Fotos und einer guten Zoom Funktion, da bin ich aber noch am Testen. Der S-Pen ist ein nützliches Tool, sei es für schnelle Notizen oder präzises Arbeiten, für mich ein willkommenes Feature. Ein bekannter Nachteil ist das nachträglich selbst angebrachte Panzerglas. Der Fingerabdrucksensor funktionierte zunächst nicht, was ich nur durch ein etwas teureres Produkt halbwegs lösen konnte. Ein Tipp: Vor der Einrichtung des Fingerabdrucks etwas Handcreme verwenden, um die Genauigkeit zu verbessern. Zumindest bei mir klappte es so besser. Nach langer Zeit habe ich wieder zu einem Highend-Smartphone von Samsung gewechselt. Trotz des hohen Preises, den ich durch ein Angebot etwas abfedern konnte, hoffe ich auf eine lange Nutzungsdauer dank der versprochenen 7 Jahre Updates. Hoffentlich ein lohnender Wechsel, den ich zumindest aktuell nicht bereue!

The product it not AU version. Most off the app is default Korean language. Can't change the language. The phone is only suitable for Korea not Australia. The seller was arguing when asked for refund. Didn’t got help from the seller. Big no to amazon. Not shopping anymore on Amazon next time.
