Convenience Concepts Console Table, Wood, Cherry/Black

Nothing broken; nothing scratched; fairly sturdy. Very happy with outcome but a few things to remember: 1. Do not use power drill or power screwdriver. It may over tighten and crack the material. Hand tightening is pretty easy. 2. Take your time. It took me 3 hours to put this together. I’m not particularly handy but actual assembly wasn’t that bad. The instructions could be better but if you are careful to observe the orientation of the larger pieces, you won’t have to back up and unassemble a step like I did twice. Look at the small holes on the side of the piece in the instructions to get the proper orientation. 3. Don’t let the cams confuse you. Play with them a little to see how they work before putting them in. 4. I put this together by myself. You can too. Just find a way to assemble with the sides on the floor. Prop them up as necessary so that you aren’t fighting gravity. MOST OF ALL: Take your time! Look and play with the parts and material assemblies orientation before committing to the orientation. And don’t be surprised to unassemble once or twice. It’s not too hard. Oh, and don’t get put off by all the one star ratings….but read a few to see what other people found troublesome. You will find most of their issues are with the instructions and cracking the leg and shelf material (probably from using power equipment).

Bought this a year ago. It looks good and still holding up. The top scratches easy. I would have liked the drawer to come out a bit more, but otherwise a good shelf. We use the bottom shelves for hats and the top for decor and cat grass.

Nice looking piece that I bought to store family games for my daughter's bonus room. Sturdy. I put together by myself (I am a young 71 yr old woman). I will say when I got to Step 5, it became confusing with 3 steps on one page. I remember creating Assembly instructions in college~~it can be very detailed and tedious. Whoever wrote these got antsy toward the end. I did not end up using the dowels (a few were bigger, did not notice the skinnier ones till too late). Two of the camlocks did not go down all the way when placing the top on but all is secure. Love the red top over the black body!! Very nice! :)

I have a bunch of this furniture throughout the house to match things, and this one was just as easy as the rest to put together. Decent quality for the price. This company has also been great in the past if there is damage done to the furniture. This one arrived in perfection condition though. Always enjoy buying furniture from here.

This table looks good once it's fully assembled. The assembly instruction is good although larger pictures would tremendously help in getting it done correctly the first time. In one of the steps, I put the part in a reverse order and found out several steps later which made me undo and reverted back causing 15-20 mins of lost time. The table is pretty sturdy and stable. I have no problem with all parts, they all came perfectly and no missing parts either. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it.
