Expensive Disappointment and Poor Customer Service
I’m really disappointed with the Full House 2.0 induction cooker + extractor. I paid €1,000, and after just over two years, the extractor stopped working. When I reached out to customer service, I was told the warranty had expired, so they couldn’t repair it and don’t sell spare parts separately. All the repair centers in Portugal agree the module needs replacing, but Klarstein hasn’t offered any solution beyond buying a new unit. Terrible service and a huge letdown.
