After an extensive search for a truly non-stick cookware set, we finally found what we were looking for with the Carote 22-piece white granite pots and pans set. Previous non-stick brands we tried always fell short, with certain foods inevitably sticking to the surface. However, these pots and pans deliver on their promise of being ultra non-stick, and they clean up effortlessly. When choosing a cookware set, our top priorities were: 1. Ultra Non-Stick Surface: The Carote set exceeded our expectations in this regard. 2. PFOS/PFOA-Free Material: Knowing that our cookware is free from harmful chemicals gives us peace of mind. 3. Handles that Stay Cool: These pots and pans are beautifully designed with Bakelite handles that not only remain cool to the touch but are also wonderfully comfortable to hold, making cooking safer and more enjoyable. Upon unboxing, we noticed a dented lid on the fry pan. We reached out to customer service, not expecting much based on past experiences with other companies. To our surprise, Carote’s customer service was outstanding—they responded quickly and immediately sent a replacement lid. Given the quality of the products and the exceptional customer service, we couldn’t be happier with our choice. We’re already looking to add more pieces to our collection. The included pan protectors are an added bonus, effectively keeping the cookware in pristine condition. Overall, we highly recommend Carote products—you won’t be disappointed.

Edited to update - I received these pans a few days ago, and I’ve only unboxed them now, now that I have completed my kitchen remodel. Upon first glance, they are beautiful, lightweight, but very sturdy. However, after inspecting each piece, I realized that one of the lids is bent. It still sits on its matching pan. However, the lip is caved in, in two places. Also, a smaller pan and pot look to be cast improperly. One side of each item Looks to be flattened or dented in (without “damage” - hence why I believe it was cast this way) to where it’s matching lid does not sit on the pot/pan properly. I have reached out to customer support to have these items replaced. I will update my review once I hear back. ***Customer service was quick to respond. Replaced item and sent an additional pan that I have come to love! This set is amazing! Truly non-stick. Definitely use silicone utensils - A visiting family member used a metal spatula and scratched one of the pans - though I have still not had any issues cleaning it easily, regardless of what I have cooked. Worth every penny!***

I’ve had these pots and pans for approx a year and 1/2. They weren’t expensive but I had hoped they would last longer than this. One of the lids cracked when I was cooking. The biggest issue is the paint color inside the pots is chipping off. I only use silicone utensils and don’t put the pots in the dishwasher. I contacted customer service and they are only warranted one year. Do not waste your money on these! It can’t be healthy to eat paint chips. Some pots are discolored.

This set is fantastic and the pans truly are non-stick and wash like a dream. I read the poor ratings some customers have given this set and think they may have just had the heat too high. I only use induction cooktops which are much easier on your pans than gas or even conventional electric stoves. THESE PANS DON'T NEED HIGH HEAT TO DO THE JOB!! They cook evenly and are really beautiful. I'm very happy with my purchase. UPDATE!!! I'VE BEEN USING THESE NOW FOR 6 WEEKS. THEY'RE THE BEST PANS I'VE EVER OWNED! LOVE THEM!!!

I have been reading reviews and watching videos for the past few months trying to find a quality set I would love. When I found this one I did see some reviews indicating that they received the set with one pot that was “bad”. All the reviews I read stated that the company replaced the pot very quickly and easily which made me feel confident in the order. I ordered the 21 pc white set and indeed received one of the faulty pots. It seems like a factory “misprint” for lack of a better word. The pot is slightly bent which makes the lid not fit. I contacted the company, sent pics& video and they replaced the pot quickly! The only issue I have now is the discoloration in one of the pans :( Perhaps this is just the price you pay for having white pans. I will be contacting the company to see if they have a resolution to fix the discoloration. If not I will just have to live with it. The set beautiful, lightweight and very easy to clean! I truly LOVE the set! I would have given 5 stars if I had only received the defective pot and it was resolved quickly. But with the discoloration of my large pan I'm a little disappointed.

We discovered these pans in a rented condo while on vacation. My husband and I both used them for the week. I fell in love with them right away! They aren't very heavy and they clean up so nicely!! Nothing sticks while cooking or cleaning. The are induction ready but can be used on any stovetop. It is recommended to not use sharp utensils, as they can scratch the surface. it is not recommended to use in the dishwasher. But with the easy clean up, handwashing is no big deal. Needless to say, I ordered a set before we left to fly back home.

Loved these pans for about 6 months. Very nonstick and easily cleaned. However, if you’re using the same pan everyday, it does not last. I have 2 that the coating and color is peeling off of. Overall, there are better brands out there. I wouldn’t recommend for someone who cooks on a stove top everyday.
