The Grid foam roller

I use this as a warm up and cool down exercise in my Aikido classes. This is an excellent product that will have you in tears of pain and of happiness. It reaches points that no other roller or gadget can reach. What you see is what you get. If you want a deep effective massage this is the item you need to buy. I will be getting more of this for my students in the near future. You will not be disappointed if you purchase this product. i think every home and gym should have at least one of these rollers. I would also like them to make a longer one.

My wife wanted this to help recover from a calf injury and help prevent new ones. It does work but it can really hurt when you use it. It really is like have a heavy duty spots massage. The best thing is when you stop using it, it feels amazing! Seriously, these are well worth it.
