Really nice flavour, I add a few electrolytes and it's a perfect intra workout drink.

Tastes like Millions
I mean it pretty much does what it says on the tin... It tastes like millions, which is a massive win! A great brand at a good price. It does have 1 down side is that there is quite a bit of sediment at the end of the drink no matter how hard it shaken.

Works as it should, flavour is great and definitely value for money. Only suggestion when you mix it with water is stair fast as it can become clumpy.

Great for muscle recovery and an extra boost under training
I have been using AB'S for a couple of years and I certainly feel that I have fine gains and excellent recovery by using them. I usually take a mixture togethwr with himalaya salt and hiney while I'm working out.
