Worth It.
One of my favorites. The crunch level on this cereal is fantastic. The taste is clean and it's a great value for the content and the product.

No problems Gluten!
Although this was shown to me in a Gluten-free cereal search, it is not gluten-free. That said, because it is organic, it gave me no, shall we say, issues, whatsoever. I have since tried this brand's Mesa Sunrise cereal, which is Gluten-free. Both are delicious.

Very crunchy
The cereals from this company have lots of crunch. They’re good plain, without any milk. They might also be good added to meatloaf or breadings for extra fiber and nutrients. They stay crunchy in milk and are good with or without sweeteners. They keep you feeling full, so snacking on dry cereal might help with dieting. The price is good compared to local options. And the expiration dates are good. Definitely worth trying.

Delicious, even right out of the box, and healthy and nutritious.
I was looking for a cereal that had oat bran and Nature's Path Organic Flax Plus Multibran Flakes Cereal had the most of any I looked at. After never buying cereal, I now go through at least one or two boxes of this a week. I haven't even tried it with milk yet. It's so delicious right out of the box. Plus it has ALA Omega-3, which is essential for normal human growth and development. Vegan and kosher and 5 grams of protein in every cup.
