I was on the fence about buying this, I purchased for around $31 and now there's a price increase listed at $39. It's a high ticket price for wrist strap but the style is soo cute and girly. I think it's worth it if you can afford it. You're likely paying extra because it's Kate Spade, but I'm just a fan of anything cute. :3 The plastic tab is holding up well so far (a month later); I got a few extra replacements because those are known to break easily over time. Honestly, I was worried about getting annoyed of a phone strap, but this has a thoughtfully curated design. The base of the hook attachment feels solid, and the metal links allow the cord to freely drape and move so it's not unruly. The pearls are gorgeous and pearlescent, and I appreciate that they're tapered so they're not as bulky, especially when storing in a bag. The durability feels pretty solid, but it depends how rough with your phone you are. If you let the phone freely swing, it's more likely to cause damage over time due to the thin metal hinges and plastic tab to insert underneath the phone. Also, because metal is stiff and doesn't have any "give", I can see this being susceptible to a high-impact, sudden "drop" movement. I haven't had this happen much, but I do gently set and then let my phone hang, and pull it up from a surface with the cord. Lastly, the plastic tab underneath does cause my phone to slliiightly bulge at the bottom. It's only in the center, not too noticeable, and is also a consequence of my case's design/the fact that the glitter is an additional cutout layer underneath too. It doesn't bother me that much, but it can conflict with certain cords brands if they're not manufactured to have a thinner clearance for the charging end. (So far I've noticed Apple brand has had the best/thinnest clearance.) Pros: -Cute, dainty style -Good quality (looks expensive lol) -Good design: -Ergonomic: rounded pearls, not clunky in pocket/purse -Lightweight, but still has a nice weighted drape so it's not as flimsy and unruly. Cons: -Expensive -Possible durability issues: more likely to break with a sudden, high impact "jerk" movement, thin metal links may snap over time due to friction -May have issues with certain cases pushing on insertion tab and blocking the charging port (also depends on charging port end, as well)

I’m writing a review for this product now is solely based on its durability. In the beginning I just wanted a fancy looking strap for my phone and I came across this option. So I bought it during December as a holiday gift for myself. Price wise is a little bit higher than the other brands, but it’s worth it, the design is classy and it’s very durable, keep in mind this is like 9 months from when u bought it. Nothing is broken or wear and tear, the sparkling beads are still intact and the plastic holder is still intact and just a minor discoloration. Overall it’s strong and still looking good.

It came broken but I was able to fix it/ I did get it at a discount price because it was used second hand and it's amazing after a year and a half. Still works perfect. I love it! So so pretty!

Very sparkly and helps keep my phone from falling! I have arthritis in my hands and my grip isn’t fantastic, lots of fumbling. This isn’t just a charm, it’s a wrist strap and it works!

Beautiful. Its a little bit to big, but it worked great. I have had it about a year and then all of the sudden it came detached at the hook and my phone fell to the floor. Could have been my fault but all of these months I had no issues.

This is a repurchase since I LOVE this phone charm and had the prior one on my phone for ages before it started to look worn. I get so many compliments on it and it’s so easy to attach to the phone. High quality and looks beautiful. Bejeweled vibes for the fellow Taylor Swift fans ☺️

This is a beautiful piece but it won't last long at all. I've went through 2 in 2 months. Too much money to break this easily. Kate Spade should do better, especially for this price. Smh.

I originally bought this as an accessory so I could keep my phone on me during a wedding party. I've kept it on ever since and it's been 6 months. It's received many compliments. I've been asked where I bought it more times than I can count. A few days ago the gold circle charm fell off. Also over time the charms can rust. Be careful not to get it wet.
