Very nice, the taste is really nice too.

A good value product
A good alternative to rice, it comes in a 500g bag and you only need 30g per person thus making it good value for money. It can be eaten hot or cold, and is safe to make 24 hrs ahead before usage as long as its kept in the fridge.

Great alternative to other carbs
After having eaten bulgur wheat on holidays quite often, I'm glad I gave these a try at home. A small amount in salads still leaves me with a 'carby' feeling. Those on low carb probably know what I mean. Low GI of 48, twice the fibre of rice. TIP: cook with half a vegetable or beef stock cube.
