Only thing I'd change is buy a rectangle jug as fits better in fridge But this is excellent value for money and does the job

Larger than average capacity and a really nice colour. Great value and the service has been wonderful. Haven’t changed filters yet but putting together was a doddle.

I like this jug nice style and water taste nice only one thing the jug is not as strong but I just hold the base with the handle to be sure its secured. Really is a nice jug not a boring looking one like others are.

I like the Dewberry water filter jugs. I had to replace my old one recently. I like the ease of putting together and the longevity of the filters. Very happy

I found main brand filters to be a bit expensive, although they lasted 4-6 weeks. Ordered this jug on 13th, and for the last couple of days I have had scale building up in my glass kettle. So filter only worked for two weeks. Gone back to main supplier again. Not happy. Did install as instructed but these filters were only slightly less than the main brand filters and were effective for half the time of the main brand filters. Won't buy again. The jug itself works, but if there is any water left in the top reservoir, that comes out so you are using unfiltered water. This doesn't happen anymore with the main brand I used to use (they seem to have found a way to stop unfiltered water coming through). The build quality didn't seem to be as good either. The handle creaked when jug was full and you were trying to pour. So, sorry, but not worth the money.

Item arrived on time and being new, in excellent condition. I am very pleased with it as it fits, albeit snugly, on the first shelf in my fridge. It is as described and pictured, and yes I would recommend it.

Flimsy plastic. I literally just opened it on arrival and began filling it up and the handle snapped clean off! Really disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for.

What a great water filter this is! Take 5 mins to set up and do two filter 'runs' to make it ready to go then it's lovely smooth clean water all the way. the pour is also an added delight as it never drips and is smooth as silk! highly recommended, plus 30% off refills when you buy.
