Not factory reset and unusable.
The item had not been factory reset, had old profiles active, was parental locked and pin locked meaning I couldn't use it. Had to refund.

Wrong colour its turquoise not blue
Arrived perfect condition works great. Alittle dirt around the analog sticks but thats easily fixed. No scratches on the screen. The photo shows smudges on the screen but its not its just the way the lighting hits it.
