Love this cheese. More experienced on here but ok if your supplier runs out! The best smokey taste ever for me. Puts any other smoked cheeses to shame!

My son brought me back a wheel when he visited Wales. It's slightly soft which makes it a brilliant accompaniment to crackers of all varieties. The cheese has a full bodied flavour. Whilst this review is for the Bomber, the other offerings are equally as good. Theses are now my favourite cheeses for an end to a meal or just a midday snack. A little pricey, but it's worth it.

A great cheese , but what really impressed was , ordered 11 oclock on 10th , delivered 12 oclock on 11th from Wales to Northern Ireland , Royal Mail fantastic job .

No doubt, this is an excellent Cheddar. It's packed with taste.....Tangy, yet creamy. As a cheddar " Lover ", I've had many different truckles, claiming to be " The most amazing, or strongest ", in flavour ". I won't deny, it's strong, creamy and a beautifully balanced cheese. My only caveats are: ........ 1) It's not the strongest cheddar out there. There are a few, I wish I could name, that to me, are more " demanding on your salivary glands ". Stronger. Yes, yet to me, not as creamy or smooth. 2) The cost. For what you get, it " IS " expensive. A really good " Store bought " cheddar from the deli counter is not far off ! ( and cheaper ) So, would I buy it again ? Answer: ..... YES ! It's guaranteed strength and flavour. Value for money ? It depends on your priorities..........! In conclusion, try one. It won't cost you much but it might be the " Best cheese " you've ever tried !! Enjoy.

Black Bomber is my favourite cheese. It’s smooth, very tasty and has none of those crunchy bits which seem to appear in almost all other mature cheddars. Buying this amount is great value and the cheese has a long enough use by date to ensure it’s all used up before expiry.

In assoluto uno dei migliori cheddar che abbia mai assaggiato. Consistenza corposa e pastosa (tipica della lunga stagionatura) che paradossalmente, si scioglie in bocca. Molto gradevole sia alla vista, sia ai fini della conservazione, il rivestimento in cera. Caldamente consigliato a tutti gli amanti non solo del cheddar, ma anche di tutti i formaggi inglesi in generale: questo formaggio è letteralmente la loro bandiera! Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo: considerando l'alto valore gastronomico del prodotto, il costo richiesto lo definirei … moderato. Nota di merito è sicuramente l'assenza delle spese di spedizione, anche senza l'opzione "prime". Tempi di spedizione medii; imballaggio solido, robusto ed estremamente accurato (confezione in legno ben sigillata, munita di abbondante paglia all'interno).

Dieser Käse ist wirklich was besonderes, würzig und aromatisch. Das gönnen wir uns ab und zu.

Da mein bevorzugter Supermarkt diesen Käse leider nicht mehr führte, habe ich lange gesucht, bis ich hier bei Amazon fündig würde. Erst war ich ein wenig skeptisch, würde aber eines besseren belehrt. Der Käse kam gut verpackt und unversehrt an. Ich ärgere mich nur, das ich nicht gleich mehr bestellt habe, da der Käse innerhalb einer Woche von meiner Frau und mir gegessen wurde ;-) . Den Käse mit den Cranberries kann ich ebenfalls von ganzem Herzen empfehlen.
