Great product! Fits perfectly! I've purchased all of the major brands: Condor, Rothco, Tru-Spec, Columbia, etc., In search of the perfect beanie - this is it, and it has velcro for morale patches and IFF! As one who is follically challenged (bald - They don't put marble tops on cheap furniture. LOL!), I tend to wear a beanie from fall to early spring. This one is better, in every way, than my issued one. The build quality is spot on - I bought 3! Other ones were either too thin, lower quality, or too long in the bucket. As another option, the Helicon Tex, is another go-to for me. It's a little more pricier, and lighter weight, and has a waffled pattern, but this on I wear 80% of the time. The Outdoor Research Down Beanie is great too, and ultra warm and compressible, but getting the right size is key. PROS: Excellent Fit, Great Warmth, Excellent Stitching, Velcro on Front and Back, Solid Build Quality, Great Color Selection CONS: Not really a con, but I would love to see a 1"x1" velcro section on the top of the crown for additional IFF attachment. Additionally, add Sage Green to the color assortment for my Air Force brethren. Thank you M-Tac! I'm a fan of your work!!

This Beanie is freaking amazing. Its designed just right to pull tight on your head but is also long enough to pull all the way over your ears and the beanie stays in place where you leave it. On top of being incredibly comfortable and very soft, its also fairly thin and very warm. I wore this beanie under a hardhat for most of the winter, it did not interfere with my other headgear at all and kept my head and ears toasty warm down to -20F wind chills. Pair this with a decent balaclava and your head will never be cold again.

As a cancer patient whose hair loss can be likened to leaves on a Pear tree in the still of winter, I bought several M-TAC Watch Caps for protection from the elements. The fleece is more than soft and comfortable, it provides a perfect amount of warmth for this old man's head. My caps are the ones that do not have to be folded, or rolled, up to adjust the fit. They are sized, small, medium, large. My medium fit perfectly, right out of the bag. I did hand wash them in cold water, before wearing them. They are the best quality watch cap I have found, especially for the price.

I bought two one large one extra large. I am 7 3/4" military standard size for hats. The extra large obviously was best fit. So, the size charts work perfectly and are to scale for military previous sizes. I would strongly recommend x-large for anyone 7 1/2" or greater, anything below that I am not aware of best fits. I absolutely love my cover though. Fits perfectly and does not at all ride up. The smaller size did ride up, but that is to be expected seeing that it was to small for my head. I intend on keeping it for when I have someone in my life. Yup the hat is that awesome and very cozy. I think it would also make a very pleasant gift for someone living in cooler climates. As I mentioned in my title, this cover has no annoying little nobs sticking up at all. Has a smooth no bumps look. Looks just like it fits, if providing you buy the correct size for you melon

Not as comfortable, well-made, and good fitting as others I've purchased in this price range. It's OK but not a recommend for me.
