Don't hit it with a hammer.....
Although this feel a bit flimsy, it actually works a treat. I've used it for cutting fret slots on a guitar and it 's ok. I cant say how good the steel is that it's made of but if you want precision tools made to an exactng standard you'll have to pay serious money. I've worked in construction so having such a small delicate little saw is a rarity, and it's nice.

It a little pull saw
It's a pull saw I am not keen but it cuts ok. It gets minimal use in my woodworking.

Cuts nice and clean. Saw plate measured in at .021", saw kerf measured .023" and actual cut measured .023" (snug with a .023" feeler gauge). Pretty decent for what it's worth.
