This serves its purpose very well. I started pricing metal filing cabinets and was surprised at the cost. I really did not want to have to assemble anything, but the price was surely right on this mobile file cabinet. It has two drawers on top and a file size drawer that comes with the hanging hardware for your 8 x 10 paper size files. It would not fit legal size files. It took me just under two hours to assemble it from opening the box to putting it into place. And I am someone who has difficulty with finger dexterity and arthritis in my hands. So if you are more nimble it probably will come together faster for you. I was delighted to find that all of the hardware was present along with a couple of extra screws and nuts and bolts. It even came with a small wrench and Allen wrench with a Philips screwdriver head on the end of the Allen wrench. The only other tool I needed was a standard screwdriver because two of the small black plastic parts that are supposed to just snap together were hard for me with my arthritis and I just needed the extra help from the regular screwdriver. The assembly instructions are literally a series of diagrams, there are no words. Everything was fairly straightforward and easy to follow. I only had one moment where I was perplexed by what to do with two pieces of metal, but then it occurred to me that I was supposed to hang them in the back of the bottom file drawer to provide cross support of the hanging file folder system. The drawers are fabric, but are sturdy. Bonus is that there is absolutely no chemical smell or other bad odor from any of the parts or fabric. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Typical for shelves/drawers etc purchased online: cheap material. However, if you need cheap that looks good and works, this would work for you. Needed drawers to get stuff off my desk at work and put this together. PROS 1) Directions are easy to read and except for one step, easy to assemble 2) Lightweight 3) Nice appearance/look 4) All tools provided for assembly 5) Functional for extra drawers CONS 1) Typical: cheap material 2) Drawers are fabric and foldable fiberboard. Not solid 3) File cabinet drawer is really flimsy so don't expect it to hold up with a ton of file folders in there. 4) One step was a PITA, attaching the filer folder racks in the file drawer Overall, you need a lightweight drawer/file cabinet unit for light weight storage, this is a good choice. If you are looking for solid furniture, this wont fit your bill. .

Easy assembly and looks nice.

What a piece of junk! There might be a few flecks of sawdust in the flimsy particle board top, but otherwise ‘wooden’ in the description is more of a suggestion than truth. The drinking-straw thin metal frame barely supports the weight of the fabric drawers when empty. I was hoping to use this as my printer stand, but my small Canon desktop printer hangs over the edges of the top, and any printer activity causes the unit to shake. Save your money - go to Facebook marketplace and get a real wood used one for about the same price.

Made with fabric in places. Works very well and assembly was easy. Some spare parts included.
