No, the binder comes with the sheets. This binder does not have any rings, and the sheets come as a part of the binder.

Does it fit ultra pro premium top loaders?or just regular top loaders?

Yep, the ultra pro premium toploaders should be 3” x 4” as well which would fit.

Does this binder come in other colors, or just black?

It comes in just black for now. We will be expanding to more colours very soon!

A few top loaders came with the binder. But it does not come with any cards. Just an empty binder with top loaders for your cards.
