Does the job well for me
Was looking for good brand and decent price. Easy to use in coffee machine. Will help keep in top notch condition even though in low calc area still good to use now ant then

Does the job
Product is a good price. Does the job and not to much of a faff. I live in a soft water area anyway so not sure how much descaling my coffee machine actually needs.

WORKS AS WELL AS THE MAKER'S ORIGINAL DESCALER
I use this descaler on my De Longhi machine and as far as I can tell it does the job as well as De Longhi's own brand descaler. (It is a time consuming process whichever descaler you use).

It's OK, not amazing
It's OK, not amazing. I tried other ones not liquid but in powder and they worked better. This one has a strong smell for me and although it's easy to use it wasn't truly efficient as claimed by others

An excellent cleaning product sold at a competitive prce My Nespresso coffee machine was cleaned with no difficulty, a quality job ! I would recommend it and will certainly buy it again for my use.

Not delivered with original package
Delivery time was quite long. Only the bottle without original package was supplied. There was no seal mechanism in the bottle. Used for Nespresso Lattissima One. It worked. I would advise the seller to deliver in sealed original package in the future.
