I purchased the heater on 17th Jan which got delivered on 19th. Started using it the next day. Suddenly on 29th Jan it stopped working. The replacement window on Amazon had closed by that time. The only option left was to call the customer service which i did the same day. The request was registered. I waited for 2 days but no phone call or visit from any engineer. Disputed the customer support team again to which they assured that they have escalated. To my surprise even then no one came. Finally i called up the customer care again and insisted to speak someone senior only then they took the service center guy on call and asked them to attend the complaint asap. Finally they visited and said that the PCB of this unit needs to be changed to which i said ok since of under warranty. But until today ie 14th Feb i am still waiting for it to be repaired. Have tried writing emails to the senior executives at the brand as well but even they haven’t addressed my email. Its so shameful that they least care about their customer. BIG NO TO HAVELLS. P.S. the very same day my other Havells heater stopped working as well which i purchased last year and it took them a week to repair it.

This is a device u just turn on and place at a side and let the whole area get heated, note this is not a cheap blower having fan all these premium devices heat the area via radiation not via blowing air. Excellent for old age people no problem of lack of oxygen

I bought this product from amazon last Tuesday and its not working properly, not heating up my place. When i tried to return this product amazon didnt allow me so i talked to its representative named PAYAL,she was really rude and incompetent.she told me that i can’t not return this product it doesn’t fall under the policy of amazon but on the other hand my account and one of their representative confirmed that i can return it until 5th January. Poor performance according to them is not fault. WHAT A SCAM THEY ARE RNUNNING

Good , effective in closed room. Value for money , safe to use , stylish looks. Economy mode is suitable to save electricity.

I spent Rs.18,000 plus fo4 this product . I was in doubt while placing an order considering poor Product quality by Amazon .. But I thought may be a higher rage Product will be delivered with quality. But again Amazon failed in delivering a working Product . Missing accessories, no remote , no claps .. Looks like seller picked it from an old store room and dumped it for Amazon's customer. Flipkant is much more better than Amazon specially buying electronic Products. Shopping with Amazon is curse like a gamble you can either win or loose

First of all i received an incomplete order(wheels and remote are missing), and neither i can return or exchange even support is not being helpful here, so worried to buy any expensive item again on amazon. After use experience: I heard so many good things about this product but not completely satisfied. It wont heat room as expected.

The heating us very poor. It not able to heat 1 150 sq ft room properly- even when I use th3 hight heat sessions.
