Not much to say here, does pretty much what it says lol! Mainly for situations when your propriety office motherboard like HP or DELL doesnt come with the option to plug any 9-pin cables for stuff like bluetooth and wifi cards. The model I used it for was a HP ProDesk 600 G2 SFF, and it worked with no issues whatsoever. Only minor downside is that one of your USB ports will be taken up and it may look a lil funky needin to be routed out of the case into the port lol

I needed this adapter to fit a USB-C cable under my RTX 4090 FE, and it worked perfectly. Simple solution that does exactly what it’s supposed to — no issues at all.

Plugging in those usb connectors that come with pc cases is such a hassle. Trying to unplug it without ripping the connecter on the motherboard is a hassle. But this style connector, no more worry, works perfect, amazing facing down right through grommet clean and perfect.

I had always thought that USB extensions would be nothing but trouble. Initially, it wouldn't work at all, but after swapping things around it seemed that it just comes down to whether or not the motherboard can support it. Worked just fine with no issues on all newer boards I tested it with, older generation eventually worked after some finesse but who knows if it will keep working. This is definitely a quality cable and is required for proper strain relief and cable routing. I'm glad it eventually worked out for me but it would be nice if I could rely on it. Seems it wasn't the products fault it didn't work.

I never write reviews, but had to leave one for this thing just for the fact that I wouldn't be able to use my 3.0 header without it. My motherboard had the header already at a right angle. Because I am building in a Lian Li 011-Mini, the direction of the header was directly facing my fans & radiator that I was side mounting. The case plug was straight, so would not fit in the narrow gap between my board and the fans. I got lucky as this thing fit like a glove, perfect fit to the space I had. Now I have working USB 3.0 ports - WooHoo! Also looks much cleaner than normal! Only con to this is price, but for this I would rather pay the money and be able to use my USB ports than not.

I purchased this after trying some of the ribbon cable options. Unfortunately the ribbon cable I tried kept popping out of the motherboard everytime I bent it to go into the case. This cable doesn't have that issue. After plugging it in, I was able to route the cable into the case without it disconnecting. I did a quick check to make sure the connection was solid and it hadn't budged. This seems like a no-brainer that vendors should be adding to motherboards but until then, I'm glad I found a cheap and reliable solution.

Excellent little patch cable to get a USB 3.0 connector to plug in tight spaces. Exactly what I needed to make a tight fit work - and it worked well. I do wish it was not as stiff and more flexible, but it got the job done.

Replaced the default, stiff usb 3 connection which stuck out a mile, with this. Quality is very good, now you barely notice it's there. Happy!
