How is this used to massage the psoas?

However, psoas is a very deep muscle, a standard massager will not access the psoas. Psoas can only be stretched and relieved with a massager that includes spine bending with a neutral spine posture. our Back massager’s ergonomic design can be used to access and relieve proas muscles in a gentle way. However please be advised if you would like to have a strong and direct massager for psoas, this one may not be right for you. We are designing two new manual massagers to mimics massaging by elbow which will be on the market next year. They will be more suitable for you if you look for a strong one.
