What is the actual size of the item? Is the 120x240mm just the filter or does that include the magnetic strip? I need it to fit in a 240x240 space.

The total size (including the magnetic strip) is 120x240mm.

can i request custom sizes?

We don't offer customized service.

Are there larger sizes? I need 180mm x 380mm

We don't have this item in a larger size.

If I put the magnetic tape that comes with the product on a psu, will it damage the psu in any way?

Not a chance. It is a very weak magnetic field. Magnetic fields drop off very quickly. You could stick that magnetic tape directly to any of your pc components and not hurt them.
