A non-sweet alternative if you want a fast 24g of protein. It tastes like oat milk, so you can add your own extras. This is the only unflavored, high quality meal replacement, pre-post workout product I buy. Keeps energy up, and is easy to digest. It runs from $2-$3 a serving depending on how much you use. The price has doubled since I started using it, but it is a clean product without sweeteners, so I still think it is worth the price.

I don't usually write reviews but I'm very excited about losing 7 pounds in one week. It's easier for me to drink a shake than prepare a meal, which only gets my taste buds going and then I can't seem to stop. I bought a Bullet blender so the I'm able to prepare just the right amount (8 scoops). I haven't seen anyone else post this flavoring added to the shake but I love it! I use rum flavoring. My recipe...8 scoops Almased, Almond Milk (sometimes sweetened, sometimes unsweetened), 3 packs of stevia. Maybe I've acquired a taste for my shakes because no one else in the family thinks it tastes good but I really enjoy them. Especially since I started using rum flavoring. It doesn't taste chalky to me even when I stopped adding coconut oil. It just made a mess so I stopped using it. After 3.5 days of having 4 shakes a day, I lost 5 pounds. 3 days of drinking shakes but eating meal in the evening, I've lost 2 pounds. 25 more pounds to go. My plan is to make this a way of life so food is not the priority. I'm 57 years old and it's not easy to lose weight at this point in my life but I think this has just changed. Very hopeful.

I love this product For my weight AND for my autoimmune condition I developed a couple years ago. I can’t eat a majority of foods without have a severe allergic reaction. This has been a game changer especially since I travel a lot for work and used to have to live off fast food. There’s a whole diet program that goes with it but I pretty much just do the fast. I drink 3-4 shakes a day and it keeps me healthy, feeling great, and full. TIPS: I love to throw my almased in a shaker bottle along with a teaspoon of healthy fat (MCT or Olive oil). I only use water to mix it and for flavoring I use sugar free torani syrups! They taste amazing, keep everything fresh so it’s not the same taste every day and most important, they don’t trigger my autoimmune disorder!! I used to think the bland taste was a minus but now I realize it’s a huge plus because it allows you to build up to any flavor you want! I like to use one pump chocolate SF torani and two pumps SF hazelnut. It tastes divine! As good as Starbucks for almost no calories and it satisfies my hunger for around 4 hours!
