I’ve been using the Hiseeu Wireless Solar Camera System for a few days now, and I’m very impressed with the overall performance. The setup was relatively easy, especially for a system that includes 4 cameras and a 1TB hard drive. The cameras connected to the NVR over 2.4G WiFi with no major hiccups, and the solar panels keep them charged without needing to run power cables—perfect for our rural property. The image quality is excellent for the price—4MP resolution delivers clear video during the day, and the color night vision works surprisingly well, offering good visibility even in low light. The PTZ feature allows a wide 360° view, which helps cover more area with fewer blind spots. I especially appreciate the PIR motion detection—it’s accurate and doesn’t trigger every time a leaf blows by like other systems I’ve used. The 2-way audio is a nice bonus; I’ve used it to talk to delivery drivers from my phone, and the audio was clear on both ends. The cameras are IP66 weatherproof and have held up fine through rain and wind. Plus, there's no monthly fee for cloud storage since everything is stored locally on the included 1TB hard drive—a huge plus for me. If you’re looking for a dependable, easy-to-use solar security system without ongoing costs, this Hiseeu system is a great value. It’s perfect for home use, cabins, farms, or anywhere off-grid coverage is needed. Update: The EseeCloud app is easy to use and makes it simple to access and review my security camera videos from anywhere. The interface is straightforward, and playback is smooth, which I really appreciate. However, I’m not fond of the constant push for cloud storage or subscription-based AI detection—it feels unnecessary when I’m already storing footage locally. Overall, it works well for live viewing and video access, but I wish it focused more on core features without pushing extra paid services. Update: One camera stopped recording in color. Within a week of contacting support I had a replacement camera. It was very easy to replace the camera on the NVR. I am in the process of getting more cameras to fill the NVR,

This Hisseeu camera system has performed great. I installed it over a month ago and it has worked very well. The cameras are wireless and have a solar panel so they are constantly charging during the day. It has 1 TB of storage so you can go back and look at what was recorded if your wifi happened to go down and your phone didn't work to use the app. In addition I have not had any problems with the app. It's user friendly, I really like the options it has. You can add other cameras, if has a 2 way talk option, it you want to add a subscription you can do that as well on the app. The video is very clear and it records when it motion sensors movement. The install was so easy and quick. I am going to add more cameras in the near future now since I am so satisfied with this security camera system. I highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for a new security system it works very well.

Have had these cameras for almost 3 years now and we haven’t had any issues. We have 7 cameras attached and I love being able to see our property being we live out in the country. The solar power makes is easy I don’t have to worry about wires or charging. Audio isn’t bad, camera quality could be better. But between our cane corso and cameras I can sleep at night.

Wow! I'm surprised how nice this system is and how easy it is to set up. I was looking for a solution where I did not have to run power to each camera. I've set up several other much more expensive security systems in the past, so I was skeptical at first. But after reading so many positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. Everything was nicely packaged and the setup was very straight-forward. The instructions were easy to understand. You pretty much just have to plug the cameras in and turn them on. The receiver simply runs on an HDMI cable hooked to a TV for setup purposes. It walks you through the process of downloading and setting up the app on your phone and connecting it to WiFi. Once that is done, you really don't need it connected to a TV and can put the receiver in any room. The signal is strong enough for it to connect to cameras anywhere around my house. My house isn't large, so I cannot say with certainty how well it would connect in a large house. The picture quality is very good, and the app is simple to use. I was surprised by the audio quality and volume. It was much better than others I have seen. Night vision seems good too. I believe this system will keep our house quite secure and am very happy with the purchase. Simply, I can not say enough about this system. I highly recommend you give it a try.

I wrote one review all I can say is these cameras are good as long as you have consistent sunlight, and daylight when you have bad days that are going to be cloudy for several days or cloudy for a day they lose power. The battery loses its power then you have to wait until the sunlight comes up And it will recharge itself, but not 100%.

Bought this camera system after someone hit and run my truck. So, far I have been pleased with the picture quality. I do wish that there was a separate instruction manual for the type of system I bought, not just the general version. However, was able to figure it out. Setting up the camera's themselves were relatively easy, once my wife and I figured out where we wanted them. Played with the panning and tilt on the camera's, so far they work well. The voice system sound works great. Heads up, you will need your own SD cards for your camera's. You cannot use your laptop as a monitor. So, use a TV or a computer monitor. My personal preference was a TV that we were not using and hook the hard drive system into there. Also, charge the camera's prior to installing them with the solar panel's. Make sure your WiFi is in a central location in your home for good signal strength. Already have had several neighbors, family and friends asking me about this system and was planning on getting one themselves. Overall, good price point. The solar panels charge great even on a cloudy day. The camera's pick up the slightest motion; however, I have them set up for them to do this. My signal strength is great.

Cameras worked well for the first year, now all 4 cameras are broken. None will charge or send video to base. I would not buy this brand again. Could not even charge inside from computer or wall outlet. It’s now worthless parts.

Today I'm reviewing early I wanted to get a year in before a review was made as I noticed when researching cameras, everyone reviews these security camera with the first month or two. We have owned for less than a year purchased in May 2025. We mounted and put into use beginning of July 2025. At the beginning of November 2025 camera one began haveing led issues on one side of camera rapidly blinking when they popped on it was very dizzing and disorienting. ( could be useful if it was a feature) by the end of November 2025 those leds are mostly none functional but camera in app seemed to continue to work fine. Never thought to check the base unit however today December 19th 2025 having need to be using the base I have noticed the camera is intermittently blinking off and the color is off a bit. Other 2 cameras I have up seem to be fine. The system and the cameras are not the fastest cameras to bring up on app or at base unit. They are kind slow and pokey and frequently loose connection to the app, a power saveing thing I assume as they connect again right away if you reopen the app. They do their job and are easy to use they definitly keep an eye on things for sure though. I find the camera picture quality to be mid. You are not gonna grab a tag even ten feet away unless it sitting still thats for sure, its kinda weird and disappointing becuause you can eaily see descriptions of people for a good distance and within 100ft make pos id even with night vision. I have yet to use even a fraction of the storage at the settings I have but 1 tb is in the base.I have only slighly tested how much I can record and can say a full two days recording on two cameras did use much space at all. The app on phone notifies as things happen based on how you set each camera up which is nice. While they aren't perfect in everyway I find them to be useful for a solar set up that can go were I do and have been wanting to add a single camera to the series of 4 I have but that offering hasn't been in stock only the offering for 2 at a time. Guess I got to get the 2 depending on custermer service. Will update how that goes. Update edit* This customer experience was amazing very happy. Once contacting went threw a bit of troubleshooting that resulted in the need for replacement and new complete camera was sent right out. It arrived so fast. Highly recommend.
