I am a relaxed pixie girl and I am learning to flat wrap my hair while wet and dry, and with short hair, YOU NEED A GOOD scarf/durag to lay down your back and sides. If you pull it down in the back (it will make sense) it will have the top hair lay flat and it covers ALL OF YOUR HAIR! Sides, front back....it is amazing! Love this cap. Quality is good along with thickness. So far this is the only cap that protected my hair without coming off my head while sleeping at night...!!!!

I bought this because I wanted get rid of my standard durag I was really tired of having that knot in the back especially when laying down at times I would feel uncomfortable so once I seen that they made a version without those knowing elongated straps I was happy due to them just having shorter straps with velcro which is so much better so now this cap sits way more comfortable on my head and holds my waves dow pretty good now the only issues that I have seen so far is that for one you have be careful not to tighten the straps to hard because obviously you will feel that pressure from doing so and the velcro is a great touch but you can tell they will not last long due to them not being stitched that well in the cap you will noticed that the velcro pulls up the other velcro from the stitching as you pull them apart from one another other than that everything is fine for the value its not hopefully they upgrade this model in the future

Full pixie coverage & lay ✨ I got the velvet and it did bleed a lot upon opening and soaking but other than that I think the extra fabric dye is out so everything is all good! Fits my big ass head perfectly.

Good idea, but too tight

I’ve used plenty of different brands, but this Bow Wow Thick material durag is by far the very best. From my personal experience, the material gives the perfect amount of deep compression without causing any discomfort. It stays secure all night and leaves my waves looking incredibly deep and defined. Absolutely worth it!

Soft, easy to wear and you don’t have to worry about the sharp dented line in the back that du rags usually give
