Pre-tied tie is undone from the neck collar.How do I fix this?

No it’s Velcro so it’s not like a normal tie

It has velcro that hooks it around the neck. That is the only adjustable part on it. The "knot" is fixed and not able to be moved. It is really thin and flimsy. The material reminds me of my mammaws old fake silk scarf. The tie is about 17 inches long. The straps that velcro around the neck are about 6 inches on each side. We bought it to fit a 8 year old, and it will fit with a little room to spare. Hope this helps. I tried to send you a video so you could actually look at it. Best wishes.

I am an adult female and it fits my neck, however it was pretty tight. I wouldn’t be comfortable wearing this myself.

It’s probably fine to wear for a day but if you’re hoping for a true tie feel this isn’t it. The sewing on the knot isn’t symmetrical and you can see the thread. The material is super thin and light and I imagine wont sit well through the day.
