Depuis que je dors avec cet oreiller HOMCA, mes douleurs cervicales ont nettement diminué. La mousse à mémoire de forme offre un soutien ferme mais confortable, et la forme ergonomique maintient bien la tête et le cou dans une position naturelle. Le revêtement est doux et respirant, facile à enlever et à laver. Convient aussi bien pour dormir sur le dos que sur le côté. Trop bien. La premier fois que j’ai posé ma tête dessus cela m’a fait bizarre mais sincèrement cet oreiller est super. Je souffre moi de mes cervicales. En plus il prends la forme des épaules. Sincèrement je vous le conseille il est vraiment très bien.

UPDATE Feb. '24 I want to mention that in the area where it normally supports the neck (the litte spot between the bumps), there's no longer enough support or comfort as it has flattened out. I have never had a pillow compress in this area so quickly. It is very disappointing that the pillow hasn't lasted because I received a great deal of relief and comfort up to now. I expected to get longer than 11 months from a pillow for this price. INITIAL REVIEW: I have arthritis in my neck and have used an orthopedic/cervical pillow for many years. It's hard to find one with just the right amount of firmness and comfort. When I first received this pillow, I thought, "I'm never going to be able to sleep on that thing!" Well, I was particularly tired the next afternoon and decided to go for a little nap and try out the new pillow. I slept for three hours and awoke in the same position! It felt a bit awkward at first, but I've been using it the past three nights and have never slept better. I'm a back sleeper mostly, but sleep on my side as well and this pillow provides just the right amount of comfort and support for either position. The design cradles your neck and head and helps align your spine.
