Stays cold for a decent amount of time

Works great. We already had a cold cap from this brand and bought a second with the neck pad. Very nice on sore muscles and headache/migraine relief. We like having a second so we can switch out when it looses its cool and throw it back in the freezer to use again.

I don't know what the expected life of this product is supposed to be, but I feel like for 35 dollars, a set like this should hold up much much longer than 3 months. I use the neck wrap most frequently, and I don't treat it roughly, but after 3 months the flimsy velcro is starting to refuse to cling, and I have to reposition it a million times to get it to stay on. At this point I'm going to have to buy some sew on velcro to try and jury-rig a solution, and that's just annoying. The relief I get from the neck wrap is definitely worthwhile, but I can't say anything good about this velcro closure! The neck wrap and the migraine hat stay cold for a decent length of time - by the time they're room temp again my migraine is lessened if not totally gone, and that's a blessing. But the sturdiness of the product leaves much to be desired and I wish I could say better of it. My set's coloring was also never that vibrant and was honestly a bit splotchy, which makes me wonder if I got a defective set to begin with? Unfortunately it's too late to get Amazon to do anything here, so I'm stuck with it.

Absolutely amazing purchase, would buy this many times over. Really thick gel that stays cold. The head wrap is genius for migraines when you don't want to fiddle around with a hand-held ice pack.

Amazing for migraines! I need ice everywhere for pain relief and this does it! The cold is evenly distributed with no adjusting ice packs. I pull the cap over my face and it is really cold!! The shoulder part is big for me but I adapt.
