they seem to be durable and comfortable, i'm 5'5 and around 170lbs i have a weird shaped body from waist down i have real skinny legs and waist up kind of like a muffin top or however you call it. if you skinny build i would recommend the medium but if you are heavier build i would go for the large, i am on my weight loss journey so for right now medium would do.. i also have an iphone 17 pro max and i put it on one of the pockets and did some sit ups and crunches and it seems to stay there. so yes i would recommend this compression shorts

These shorts are excellent. I bought the pack and I’m really impressed with the quality. They are very comfortable, the fabric feels premium and the colors are solid. I use them mainly for boxing and they give me excellent mobility — no restrictions at all. The side pockets are a big plus, very practical to keep my phone or keys secure while training. Good length, strong stitching, and they stay in place during intense workouts.

True fit and seem to be holding up well. They could use a little more room in certain areas, but they perform as intended and have pockets on both sides - perfect for keeping phones and keys from flopping around during active sessions.

Like others buying this product, the main draw was not only price, but the fact that it has two pockets! I was looking for lower cost alternatives to my REI, Lululemon and Under Armour tights. Wore one out for a run today and initially, I was impressed, except I thought the material was thin like underwear, and the compression was minimal. I'm old, and know that no one's looking at my shorts, so I have no problem wearing these. If you need support of the beans and frank, these may not be the best. Nonetheless, this morning I went for a run when it was 80F and 78% humidity to test it out. My Samsung 24 Ultra fit in the pocket, but felt it was not as snug as I would have liked. The top of my phone peaked above the pocket about an inch or two. With the heat and humidity, I immediately thought the ventilation surpassed anything I had tried! I'm sure this was due to the thinner material than what I have been wearing. The phone jiggled, but was mostly secure until I hit a downslope which required me to decelerate. Out popped my phone, which luckily landed on the ground without damage. I picked up the phone, put it back in and the next downhill it popped out again, but I caught it. I continued my run with my phone in my hand, which defeats the purpose of buying these shorts. Overall, it's minimal compression, minimal large phone protection, unless you're running flat, but great ventilation for hot and humid weather. Depending on what you need, you can decide if this is a product for you.

Excellent shorts - exceedingly good quality. These are on par with the Under Armor compression shorts I purchased, but not as tight. They are very well made, not exceedingly thin that you can see through, and stitching is very good. Don't expect to wear the white ones outside because you can see every line. I wear these outside and run in them (with another pair of thin spandex / polyster shorts underneath for a little extra 'modesty'), coupled with Runhit compression shirts.
