Would this help at all if Baby is banging head on the side of crib?

I don’t believe this would be the best option to pad the crib rails; it isn’t heavily padded. There is some padding but the majority of the bumper is a a very lightly soft padded mesh. This bumper is best used for closing the gap in the rails of. Crib and having that gap still be breathable.

How this is suppose to protect the baby's head when bumping into to the solid sides since bumper isn't covering sides?

It's not meant to protect the babies head. It is meant to prevent the babies arms and legs from getting between the slots. It's not a cushioned bumper. It is a thin breathable fabric.

Will this fit a crib with the changing table attached? I only have one solid end on the crib

It shoul, please look at the measurements.

Will this keep baby's leg from getting stuck between the slats?

That's why I bought it and I found that it did work to prevent the legs getting stuck. Just adjust it so the bottom edge is below the mattress so the leg doesn't go underneath.
