Investition, die sich gelohnt haT
Ich habe den Wok als Ersatz für unsere alte, beschichtete Wokpfanne gekauft und befürchtete erst Umstellungsschwierigkeiten in der Handhabung. Ich muss sagen, es gab keine. Der Wok ist sowohl als Wok im eigentlichen Sinne für Kurzgebratenes, egal ob Gemüse oder Fleisch oder beides als auch als großer Topf für langes Kochen (Suppen und Sossen) hervorragend. Einziger Wermutstropfen, es kann passieren, dass sich beim Kochen mit geschlossenem Deckel schon mal der Deckel richtig fest am Topf festsaugt, wenn die Temperatur reduziert wird, bzw. der Herd ausgeschaltet. Da hilft dann nur, nochmal erhitzen, damit sich der Deckel wieder löst.

prachtige wok met deksel
De wok ziet er geweldig uit en is ook super in gebruik. Moet wel even wennen aan het ontbreken van een steel, maar is ook makkelijk op de kookplaat.
