So many delicious recipes
I'm super excited to check out some of the.Recipes and make sippings in this book.I have a friend who is not able to beat anything dairy.So this will help me include her in our party activities

I developed a dairy allergy late in life and for the past 8 years have had to completely eliminate any form of dairy from my diet. I've mastered food labels and found some good dairy substitutes, but I was feeling like I was in a rut with the limited recipes I had and wanted to learn to make some substitutes on my own as 1) they are stupidly expensive and 2) where I live selection is limited. This was the perfect cookbook for both. It had recipes for "cheese" that were simple and not time-consuming.

Great dairy free cookbook!
I love this book and super excited to try the recipes! I do agree with some of the other reviewers that it would be nice to have more pictures of what the recipes look like.

LOVE! The Parm recipe alone is worth it.
The homemade Parmesan recipe alone makes this book worth it! We are completely dairy free due to a food allergy and have LOVED this recipe book so far. The recipes are easy to follow, use very common ingredients and have a lot of DIY replacements. My son loves knowing he can eat anything from "his" cookbook.

Worth the money
Great cookbook for the more advanced ed young cook. Young granddaughter cooks for herself most nights and cooks dairy free. She loves the recipes here as well as some history on different foods.

Easy Book but No Pictures
Liked: Simple recipies with not that many ingredients. Uses a lot of herbs and spices. Explains the nutritional value of dairy alternatives, best way to use them and compares/contrasts calories, fats etc. Dislike: There are absolutely no pictures of the food. Some recipies include soy which some people who are dairy free also try to avoid.

Perfect for those with lactose intolerance
Purchased this for my daughters boyfriend who has been diagnosed with a lactose intolerance. He loved it! The variety of recipes available and substitutions helped make this an easier dietary change

This was the perfect gift for my brother who has Crohn’s disease and cannot eat dairy. He loves it and uses it all the time.

Dairy free Bliss!
I love this book. I’m fairly new to dairy free cooking, but the recipes here are very approachable, and so far delicious. It’s also wonderful to have a book full of recipes I can safely eat.
