THE PART THAT DOES THE WORK "THE LEVER" IS PLASTIC AND BREAKS EASILY. I CONTACTED MIELE, ONLY TO GET A VERY SELF IMPORTANT, "SO WHAT!" AT NEARLY £150 I EXPECTED MAYBE AN APOLOGY AND REPLACEMENT. AMAZON HAVE COME GOOD AND OFFERED A REFUND, SO THAT I COULD BUY ANOTHER ONE. "ALUMINIUM HARDLY"
