What is this like on dry, flaky skin?

This is the only moisturizer is use. Not flaky on dry skin. I love this product.

Is this the white bottle, or the new grey one?

I’m not aware of a grey one. I bought one fairly recently and it was white, as before.

Is this the new packaging?

Not new as far as I know. Looks the same as mine.

Please confirm exact shade. I am after medium /dark

I find the medium is ideal, I have tried the dark, but for me it was too dark.
