This spray is quite effective. I began taking it after a friend suggested it for muscular pains and joint stiffness. I use it after working out and before going to bed, and it makes my legs feel so much better. It also seemed to aid in sleep—I feel more calm and wake up less during the night. I have peace of mind since it is clean and relevant. I like how natural it feels and how easy it is to use. I'm ready to go with only one fast spritz and massage.

This magnesium oil spray is easy to use, non-greasy and does irritate the skin. I spray it on my legs before bed and massage it in slowly. I find it works well for my leg cramps. I used to get leg cramps when I slept, but after using it I can feel that the cramps have decreased recently and my muscles are much more relaxed. I am very happy with the results.

I swear by magnesium, whether in a cream, lotion, spray, or capsule. I used to get frequent leg cramps in the middle of the night, but since I have been using this, it's no longer a problem and I sleep much better. This spray is convenient, in a small size that's perfect for your bed side table or night stand. I do have some trouble angling the bottle to get the spray to come out when applying to the bottoms of my feet, so I have started spraying the oil on my hands and rubbing it in. If you are considering trying magnesium oil, but don't want to commit to a large bottle, this is a good choice to get you started. Five stars.

There are quality and better brand of out there than this one. I am skeptical with anything Made in China. If this from Taiwan I would try but its not. I am a TCM student so I am aware which country has the most potent and quality ingredients. I didn't see this on the product description. Can't return either so not happy.
