Cocochoco Professional Pure Total Repair Brazilian Keratin Hair Treatment, 250 ml, CC_PURE250

My hair is grey/white and developed a bit of a wiry texture. I was worried that a keratin treatment might give my hair a yellowish tint but I’ve been using this for a year and it hasn’t affected my natural colour. I use the milder solution in the blue bottle. It has a lot of benefits: leaves your hair very soft, shiny and manageable like having a deep conditioning treatment. No frizz, even in humid weather. My hair takes about half as long to dry since using this. I’m not very good at blow drying but it comes out looking like a professional blow dry with no need to straighten afterwards. Results last about 2 or 3 months. I haven’t noticed any damage to my hair and since I never need to straighten it between treatments, it’s probably actually in better condition than it would be otherwise. Downsides: you need to have decent straighteners, gloves, bowl, tint brush and clips ready. “Use in a well ventilated area” is a bit of an understatement. If you can possibly do this outside do so, if not make sure you’re next to an open window because the fumes are horrendous. You need to wash and dry your hair and then apply the treatment, let it sit for 30mins and then do a really thorough blow dry and straightening without rinsing it out. All in it takes about 2 hours. If you use a lot of product the fumes are going to be difficult to deal with when you dry it. It helps if you use a fine tooth comb to comb out excess before you start drying it but even then the fumes are noticeable. It leaves a bit of a waxy texture after drying. For me the worst part of the process is waiting 72 hours to wash it out. During this time you can’t get your hair wet at all or tie it up which makes showering a challenge. I don’t like how my hair looks at this stage because it can seem greasy and looks too straight. However, it’s totally worth it for the amazing results.

I cannot put into words how brilliant this product is! I would never leave my hair as it is just from blow drying as its very frizzy, curly and kinks in all the wrong places. This product has removed all frizz and most kinks. Is it completely straight? No. Would i be able to leave it as it is? Absolutely! Its so shiny and looks healthy. The application was very easy. The fumes from the product is strong but only when drying, and i also have a fringe so I just closed my eyes and mouth and it was fine, not bad enough to complain and my cat slept in the room for the whole process so it cant be that bad! I 100% recommend this product. It has cut out so much time. What a life changer.

I followed instructions and results was great. It is great for blond frizy hair .I didn't want mine to turn yellow so this product didn't change the colour(only the lightening is to warm when after results photo was taken.) Only brushed after shower and rough dry the hair .It looks healthy and straight .Will update long lasting .

it is a good product. used many hair keratin but this one makes your hair smooth and soft not dry i loved it.

I have purchased the other keratin treatments by this brand. I found they did alter the blonde tone in my hair (dyed blonde). I have a good bit of grey at nape of neck that has a wirey texture. I also am trying to grow length and kept getting breakage, so a vicious cycle. Decided to try this for a change. Washed hair with normal shampoo, no conditioner and tried. Hard to do as hair frizzy without conditioner. Fully rough dried I applied the product. I used hands as easier, but you must wear gloves as does irritate finger tips for days after. Dried hair straight, ran straightener through to seal. Went to bed. Woke up hair wasn't messy, kept on for the day and following day washed, conditioned and dried. The brush glided through hair, it cut drying time in half! Smooth hair and split ends gone, like I had a trim. Didn't change blonde tone which was my big test. I can still style that it's not poker straight, which I wanted. It's just smooth, no fizz and healthy looking. The smell when applying does hurt eyes, but I knew this from previous treatments. Delighted I purchased, it tames and makes hair look healthy and easy to manage. Hope this helps you decide if it's for you.

I've had salon keratin treatments before, so I know what to expect. Salon treatment (using keratin-safe shampoo afterwards) lasts three months on my thick, coarse, wavy hair. I applied the Cocochoco according to instructions, after having done the clarifying shampoo (also Cocochoco brand). When applied, acted as expected - hair very straight and smooth for the three days before I was able to wash it. After the first wash, I was really impressed with the Cocochoco - my hair air-dried smooth, straight and soft, just like a salon treatment. Yay! Except. I've been using keratin-safe shampoo and conditioner on my hair, and after four washes, it's completely back to normal, as if I'd done nothing to it. Didn't last at all.

This is incredible!!! I’ve had Brazilian straightening treatments done many times in salons and it’s a very costly affair (over £100). This was a fraction of the price, I did it myself, which was ok, I find the salon girls can get rough and my scalp can be sore afterwards. It takes time but it’s simple enough. I would advise using plastic gloves for applying the lotion and when using the dryer and straightening irons have a window open. The results are worth it, my course frizzy curly long hair is glossy and sleek still 4 months later!! There is loads left in the bottle too. Although it doesn’t say on the bottle make sure you use a stripping shampoo that gets all the products out of your hair to big in with, I think this is quite important. I don’t have to straighten my hair as often. This is a great product!!!

Super für die Anwendung zuhause. Ich habe auch die gold Version probiert, wo scheinbar feiner goldener Glitzerstaub im Mittel dabei ist, konnte aber kein besseres Ergebnis damit feststellen. Ich bin so froh über dieses Keratin, meine Haare sind schöner und „kooperativer“ als je zuvor, muss nicht mal mehr nachglätten, einfach waschen - föhnen - fertig! Spart mir unglaublich viel Zeit und Nerven!
