I am not happy with my wipe assist
I am not happy with my wipe assist. The wipes come out of the tool before I can wipe with it. The tp doesn't stay in either. I was going to return the one that was unopened. Am I not using wiper correctly? Not happy in Ohio.

Junk
Piece of junk. Would not release used paper in the toilet. Now it won’t grab the paper at all. Broke on first use

Works...but with conditions.
I don't recommend this item for use with certain types of elevated toilet seats that are designed to fit inside the toilet bowl. Those restrict the area that is open to eliminate waste, and when you're seated, certain parts of your anatomy are kind of squeezed together. When you attempt to use this, your anatomy grabs the wipes or toilet paper, and it comes off before doping it's job, because unless you used quine a few sheets and wound it around the wand, it won't work, anyway. A little advice...any plumber will tell you DO NOT FLUSH WIPES. They will cause plumbing problems, even if they claim to be sewer and septic safe. Get a small receptacle with a lid, like those used for the disposal of feminine napkins. Hope this helps.,

very handy
I ordered this for my sister. She had hand surgery and was having trouble cleaning herself. She loves it and said they need to make one that you can take with you when you are away from home.

LOL! If you want a good laugh, buy this thing!
Instructions said to push the button in so it can grab the toilet paper, then you're suppose to wrap the rest around the wand before using. But that leaves the other end of the TP loose. I tried it anyway. Of course, the paper got wet and stuck to the wand. Instructions said to just push the button to release the toilet paper into the toilet. Ha! Wet paper sticks! I had to use a Kleenex to pull it off, but wet paper tears! Be dammed if I'm going to use my fingers to pull off wet pieces of TP, so I had to use more Kleenex! All that kinda defeats the purpose of using a wand! Maybe next time I'll just drip dry!

STEALTH MODE - THANKS AMAZON
You do what you gotta do! I am glad this is an option for better hygiene! I use it for both T-paper and WetWipes. For the T-paper, I bunch the end of the strip up just so it will latch, but then I wrap the paper around and around the wand, as opposed to just wadding the paper like a poof, as instructed with the product. BUT...what I am really grateful for is that I could order it from Amazon - STEALTH mode!!! I suggest buying at least 2: one for home and one to take with you (backpack, briefcase, gym bag, etc.

Not as helpful as advertised.
The product was disappointing. After back surgery, I was told that I can’t bend, twist or reach. I brought 2 of these, one for my downstairs and one for my upstairs bathrooms. The product did not hold on to the tissue and when it did, it would not release the tissue. For me, a big waste of money.
